Diving deep down into your heart and connecting with whatever good you find there , is spirituality . It is entirely different entity to religion . One can be spiritual without being religious and vice versa.

Sadistic pleasure.

We derive sadistic pleasure from depriving others of simple pursuits of happiness. We seek every opportunity to put obstacles in their path, denying them the chance of obtaining pleasure .Excuses to do this can be variable, but religion morality and piety are the commonest.
We gloat in our righteousness when we hear about sufferings of others, branding them sinners and deserving of the wrath of the Lord.

تنگ دائرے

اے الله ! مجھے اس بات سے بچا کہ میں اپنی سوچ یا عقیدوں کے تنگ دائروں میں قید ہو کر رہ جاؤں . اور اگر قید ہو جاؤں تو اس بات سے محفوظ رکھ کہ میں یہ تنگ 
حلقے دوسروں کی زندگی کی گردنوں میں ڈال کر انھیں مزید کسنے پر اصرار کروں
